n1907 - Square Back & Self-Healed

A marvelous natural uncleaned quartz crystal cluster from Arkansas that has a square back bottom because it formed on top of a calcite bed which later weathered out leaving square cavities on the bottom. This cluster has two self-healed areas and two contact areas around the edges. This beauty has a gold/orange iron oxide coating and a small amount of black goethite. Stands up on its own. Weighs 8 oz. Size: 3 3/4" long x 2 3/4" wide x 3 1/8" tall.
